Our server, Amanda, was friendly and attentive. The Dolmas came quickly and tasted great. The food came soon after. I had the gyro plate. The flavors really popped, and the hummus was pretty darn good. My companion is vegetarian and had plenty of options to choose from. Love. Great food made with thought and care. Try the Lebanese iced tea, but be careful, it is addictive! I am not in Jackson anymore but in the three weeks I was there while my daughter was in the hospital, I ate there seven times alone and with family.
Welcoming environment, with comfortable seating. Ordered mint Lebanese unsweetened tea to start, delicious. We got lamb and tilapia plates that hit the spot! The pita bread wasn’t as fresh and fluffy as we would’ve loved but it didn’t take too much away from the meal. Our two desserts were good as well.
Great restaurant in the Fondren district near UMMC. We went this afternoon to see how good it really was. Reviews were positive so had to check it out. I was pleased the minute we were greeted. Food was good. I haven’t had lamb that good since I was stationed in Turkey. If you enjoy true middle eastern cuisine this is a good place to find it. Not just Mediterranean but middle eastern! ive eaten here for years my parents have lived across the street and we get it every week maybe 2-3 times. this place absolutely destroys every other mediterranean restaurant in the area. the others are good but they are not great. this place is great and has lebneh which you cannot find anywhere else in town among other things you wouldnt be able to find at somewhere like aplos. bring the whole family
